SECRETS!!!

So Tasha tagged me or her sister-in-law, im not sure because we have the same name but i am assuming it's me so i am going to do it haha. It's called Dirty little secrets and you're supposed to tell some secrets about you that most people don't know so here goes.....

*** I am scared of everything. Really I am. To give you an example of the things I am scared of: When I am in the tanning bed I worry that the bulbs will blow up or something while i'm in there and it will kill me... (CRAZY i know i am) or i am always worried someone will break in, even in little idaho falls, idaho. I worry that if a lamp or something is plugged in all day (even if it's not on) that it will start a fire. I really do worry about everything and think of everything and I probably should get like therapy or something haha.

*** I'm obssessed with helping people. It drives Daman crazy because I constantly want to give people money or buy them things because i think it will solve their problems. I think it's because my whole life i've had so many people help me out and my family so now i constantly want to help others but I wish I was better at doing actual service to others instead of just wanting to give them money because giving money is easy (if i have it) but doing a service for someone is harder so I want to get better at just giving service.

*** I've secretly wanted to write a book/journal thing about homeless people. I want to interview them and ask them about their life and see what happened to get them where they are now. I had this idea when i lived in Oklahoma for a summer and a group of homeless people lived in the alley way close to where I worked. A guy told me that he went homeless after he came home and found his children and wife all murdered and he basically went crazy. It was the saddest thing ever and it made me start wondering everyone's story. I think it'd be interesting... i know that's random, but it intriques me.

*** I love being alone. I hate it but I love it. I like having time to think and just totally relax. I love coming home and just laying on the couch and watching t.v. and get on the computer... i never have time anymore so i just ACHE to have some alone time to myself.

*** I am a very self-concious person so I love compliments and they mean the world to me.

*** I have never broken a bone but when I was 8 I was on the counter and fell in the dish washer and a spoke went through my leg and I had to go to the emergency room. haha crazy huh!

*** I am very sensitive and will cry in almost any movie... it is my mom's fault

*** I watch so much reality t.v. that it's really hard for me to watch a normal sitcom or movie now... i love it!!

*** I've never had a pedicure before and for some reason the thought of it even makes me feel uncomfortable! I just feel wierded out about someone touching my feet because I would hate to touch someone elses' feet... I realize I am missing out but I can't get passed it

*** I don't sleep very well at all, and I wake up probably 7 or 8 times each night to check the time on my phone... it drives daman crazy but it stresses me out if i can't see what time it is when I wake up. he even bought me a nice digital clock so i could just look at it instead of getting my phone and yet i still grab my phone. i need to get over this cuz then i can't get back to sleep!

*** I read the latest news when I wake up every morning and then watch it during the day.. .every day. CNN is my favorite because it's organized.

*** I can't stand Glen Beck. He's obnoxious. I have to leave the room when Daman watches him...

*** I want to be on deal or no deal SO bad. I love it even though everyone else I know thinks it's annoying. I really will be on it some day!! :)

Realize...

Stole this from a friend, and i didn't really know what to blog so i just thought i'd fill this little thing out

craft fair mini bazaar rexburg idaho

I am holding a mini bazaar/ craft fair on main street in Rexburg at my new store location Jan.22-23 and Jan 29-30 from 11am-6pm. WOW!!!

I have always wanted to open a store, and well... DREAMS COME TRUE!!!!!!! I am going to have a store across from Taco Bell on main street in Rexburg. I will be selling my clothes there.. but that's not all. I want my store to be a place where other people can sell their things like I do. So I am going to have vendors pay me monthly to have a spot or to sell their items there. I haven't finalized the purchase yet until I find some people who will sell in the store with me. I am looking for people who do crafts, watches, jewelry, signs, food, dresses, hair, nails, ANYTHING!! I eventually want to get some tanning beds in there and maybe a nail tech or hair stylist or something as well. The building has a huge front room with about 5 big bay windows facing the sidewalk. Then in the back there are a few other rooms, a bathroom, and some more space in the back. It's amazing and perfect. I'm freaking out with excitement!! So if you know of anyone who would like a place to sell things, or if you have any other ideas please let me know. This is so big for me, and I can't wait for this new adventure! Now the hunt is on for vendors :)

Christmas Family Pictures

This Christmas has been amazing! The entire family was able to be together (for at least a few hours anyways) the days have gone by too fast, and I'm bummed it's already almost over! My brother Josh got off his mission last Friday so my entire family came and we got to take family pictures as well. It's been a great few days being with everyone again. Here are some pictures!

YAY for christmas!!!!

I wake up so happy thinking i am one day closer to being HOME for christmas with every single one of my brothers and sisters and neices and nephews and i can't wait! We all will be home because my brother is getting off his mission in a few weeks. It's unreal to me that the time is coming so close where we will all be together. this hasn't happened in SUCH a long time! I really am so happy to think only a few weeks and we'll all be home :)
I'm loving my little job here in i.f. I am now hiring people to work for the company so that has been fun for me since so many people are looking for jobs. (if you know of anyone who wants one let me know!) I basically just search for people or post the job on ads and i do short interviews to determine if they should meet with my managing director. i love it.
Also my business is doing well! That is good news to me! I have some events in utah this weekend and then i'm doing a party in rexburg the 12th and i'm doing daily shipments so its been fun. I'm doing free shipping on orders of $30 now so i've been doing a lot more shipments which i like. if you know of anyone who would like some of my stuff pass it on :)




I also started looking for people to work for daman this summer. I don't want him to be gone so much so i want to find really good employees so we can just kinda manage them and not work as much, so we'll see.

Anyway life is good. only a few more weeks til wyoming and the only bad thing lately is the FREEEEZING cold weather (it was 1 degree outside when i went to work this morning... bring on the hot chocolate!!!!!)

A Few of My Favorite Things...

Lately I've had time to actually have hobbies again... This hasn't happened since High School! I'm so excited to be able to enjoy the things i love! And, so I thought that maybe I should list some of my favorite things :)

* ICECREAM!! My parents got me hooked on this one (Thanks to the Schwans man) and I really could eat icecream everyday... ask daman :) My favorite kinds are chocolate kinds with something in them such as brownies, crunchy candy bars, etc. I love coldstone because i can create my own but i also looove mcflurry type icecreams because I love the crunchy parts in it.

* My family- I have always thought I have an amazing family, (and the best) but now that we're getting bigger and bigger I now know that i DO have the best family. I love all my neices and nephews and can't wait to see them. I love that fact that all my brothers and sisters are so chill and easy to talk to and get along with. I can't wait for Christmas because the first time in a LONG time we will all be together again!

*Daman- He is the funniest guy i've ever met, AND the smartest. Most people just assume he's some pretty boy but seriously he is smarter than even the college professors i've had. He watches the history channel, discovery, news, documentary channel, etc. and he really does know everything, or at least something about everything. He's amazing and so fun to talk to. We've been married over 3 years now and we are still so in love. He is my best friend and I hate when he is gone. We're excited for the years to come and to someday have a family of our own!

*Summer- I love the feeling of sun on my skin!! I love tanning, the beach, lakes, warm weather, runs outside, and everything involved with summer. I can't wait for it to come back!

*Shopping- Whether it's for myself, someone else, or for my business I really love shopping. I rather do it on my own though because I love spending time to find the good stuff. I have gone to the mall and gone to every store and not even boughten anything and still had fun. I don't spend money on anything that isn't on sale usually.. not even on purpose but it's engraved in me to find a deal!

*HEELS!!- People think I have wierd shoes, but I love them. I really do wear high heels almost every single day. I hate wearing flats or tennis shoes or whatever. I love them and I will wear them till i'm 100 years old just you watch ;)

*Fruits/Veggies- I eat these all day long.. not a day goes by where I haven't had at least one fruit and veggie. They are my favorite! I love fresh salads and fresh fruit.. mmmmm!

*Sweets- ....well i eat so many they cross out the healthy foods i eat but i actually don't eat as much as i used to every since i married daman- he never craves sweets (hates them actually) but i'm slowly getting him to not mind sweet foods once in a while.

*bPriceless- I really love this little job i started. I love shopping for tons and tons of stuff knowing i'll actually be making money from it. I have a house full of girly things (daman wants to kill me) but i love all the purses and jewelry and clothes everywhere i really do. It's been fun making my business cards and websites and doing parties and stuff. It's exciting for me and it gives me something to do.

This is a new favorite (and probably a surprise) but i love cooking!! I have been cooking for daman a ton and it has been so fun for me. I try to make two good meals a day. Today I made lemon peppered chicken with chicken rice and green beans.. yesterday it was tacos with chips salsa, etc. the morning before i made crates with fresh peaches and the day before that I made us steak and potatoes with fresh salad! This may not be a big deal to you all but ever since we've been married i've been a full time student and with a job so I never had time to make good meals except maybe 2 times a month. So daman loves it and i do too :) I want to learn more recipies so tell me if you have some favorites!

*Working out- We have been gym hopping for a month now.. i'm hoping we find a good one soon. We love it. I love doing cardio and weights and daman does weights and basketball. I fell so much happier in the day and better about myself when I excersise. We hope to get in good shape soon.

*Friends- I love having good friends. Good friends are really hard to find. With Daman having to travel so much, we are away from each other more than we are together, so it's important for me to have good friends. I love lunch dates, getting nails done, going to movies, shopping, or just hanging out! Its hard getting to know people my age here in Idaho Falls but hopefully sooner than later i'll find some great girls to hang out with!
